2 Hour Tour

• On our two hour tour you will dive into the dog sledding world as if you were a musher yourself! It will start with a learning experience of how to harness the dogs and learning about our different dog breeds. Afterwards you will get to harness the dogs, go for a longer tour, and unharness all the dogs after the run. This is the full experience with a longer tour (approx: 1 hour 20 minutes on the sled) as well as hands-on experience! You do not get this with the 1 hour tour. Each tour will stop at the half way point to get out of the sleds, pet the dogs, and take pictures.
• Not recommended for kids younger than 8. In our experience young kids tend to get too cold or it's too long for them. Likewise you are paying for the harnessing experience and that's difficult for little ones to do. It all depends on the kid. We do NOT take anyone younger than 3 years of age on any tours.
• If there is a day you want a 2 hour tour and it's not listed please call me! I may be able to add it to the calendar for you! It's impossible to know what guests are interested day to day so please inquire! 435-659-4706

1-2 people = $650+taxes and fees (THE BEST OPTION FOR 2 HOUR TOURS)

3 people = $700+taxes and fees. (ONLY BOOK THIS IF YOU ARE WITHIN THE WEIGHT LIMIT)

          Options for 3 people:

        1 Adult, 2 Small Children (under the age of 10)

We consider 10 year olds as an adult due to weight. 3 adults would need at least 2 sleds. We can't put 3 adults on 1 sled because you'd be over the weight limit and it would be very tight! 

- 2 hour tours are only offered at 3pm between Nov - March 15th. Starting March 15 they will be offered at 8:30am due to the warmer temperatures in the afternoon.

Please note- we may need to cancel for trail conditions on warm days, etc. Any cancelled tours will have the deposit refunded to them.

Cancellation Policy:

You can cancel up to 48 hours before your tour time. If you cancel within that time frame we charge FULL price. There is a $25 NON-refundable fee per sled at the time of booking. 

Arrival:

Address - 965 S. Hoytsville Rd. Coalville, UT 84017 - You'll park in front of the parking signs and go into our office building

Please arrive 15 minutes before your time (Ex: arrive at 2:45 pm for the 3 pm tour). We will leave right on the hour in a shuttle van to head up to the trailhead. It could be a 5 to 10 minute drive depending on where we are starting.

Plan on being here 2.5 hours due to the shuttle ride up and back. 

Payment:

You can choose to pay in full at the time of booking OR pay the $25 per sled NON-REFUNDABLE fee (this goes towards the cost of the overall booking) then pay the remaining balance on the day of either credit card or cash. Cash payments will make the overall total cheaper by around $30 per sled. 

We recommend a 15 - 20% gratuity for you musher! All groups with 3 or more sleds will be required to do the minimum of 15%!
